I cut the bacon slice in half before frying it up to crispy perfection, set aside and let the grease absorb into a paper towel. Use the bacon grease in the pan to fry up your egg to your preference. I like mine hard fried for sammies. Grab the bagel from the toaster and plate it, slide the fried egg onto your bagel, place your cut bacon slice on top and then shred your marble cheddar on top. I like shredded because it melts quickly. Then add the top bun, let sit for a moment to cool and melt the cheese simultaneously, then enjoy!
